Starting into the New Year of 2005, may we all set our intention
on the soulful elements that support a healthy body, focused mind,
and a compassionate Spirit of Peace.
I am passionate about pure essential oils, as one of the soulful
elements that supports this healthy holistic state of well being.
This is the first of 3 issues on how to protect our health during
the winter cold-flu season, while enjoying magnificent aromas!

Most of you know The Good Medicine Tin® now called The
Original, started with classes around my kitchen table, in a
baggie with hand written notes. I had visions of this going
into homes around the world in the future, because I could see
what it was doing for people.
Amazing! We now have men buying them for themselves. Last
month a man purchased one for his son in college. This is a
big YES!
People are also buying them for their elderly parents who
have the caregiver's challenge of caring for each other. It
helps both of them with the physical and emotional situations.
One customer called because her father requested one for
himself.
Little by little, step by step. Salutations to you!

| What to do in crowds of people?
This is one of our most compromised situations, whether
it's stores, offices, conferences, airports, airplanes, the
works.
Mist as often as possible. Add drops of Ecalyptus and/or
Tea Tree to our Lavender Mist for extra protection. Start with
1 drop of pure essential oil per ounce of mist. Then keep a
pure essential oil with you and breathe deeply. For added
protection use the Ear/Nose/Throat Oil. Apply some to you nose
and ears.

| Ear Health for Cold-Flu Season |
 |
| We all know our ears are connected to our nose, that's
connected to our throat, and oh my how it travels from there.
The head, the chest, and the whole body get in on the action.
Then there's the cold and flu part.
One line of defense is through the ears. So put up the
armor of protection with the antibacterial and antiviral
properties of essential oils.
When feeling compromised, in need of a boost, or downright
sick, bring on your essential oils. Top single oils to use are
Eucalyptus and Tea Tree. Inhale straight from the bottle, and
combine with Jojoba to massage the entire ear area. Do not put
the oils straight into the ears.
Our Ear/Nose/Throat Oil is a blend of essential oils in
Organic Golden Jojoba. Rub directly into the ears, apply to
the nose, rub sinus areas, neck and throat. Put a few drops on
a cotton ball and keep in ears for night and/or day. Use this
along with The Good Medicine Tin® when you travel on
airplanes. Protect your ears, they bring us the music of life.
